How to Build Sustainable Wealth

Published by Adeolu Akinyemi under Articles,Skills,Wealth

Money Tree

The more I think about the way the world works, and the invisible hand that works the world, the more I am awed. It’s so interesting that the resources exist for all who care to be wealthy to truly be wealthy. It is amazing that there are enough resources on the planet to make everyone wealthy, yet less than 10% of the world control more than 90% of it’s resources. The earth is on course, it stays it’s course under the influence of forces that are backed up by explainable laws. In the same consistent way, every process on earth is backed by principles. If you know the principles and laws governing a result, you can always replicate it!

I don’t know if it excites you as it  excites me, that $1 kept at 20% per annum can become $1million in 75yrs. If it is managed at even 3% it can still become $1million in 468yrs. I’m sure you think this is too long a time, but look at it this way. It means everybody can own and build a foundation. I can give $1 to my bankers, and write a will to back it, instructing them to give away $30,000 yearly on my behalf  once  my money has become $1million. If  we are  more consistent with our savings and educated with our investments, we can all become multi millionaires in our lifetime. To build sustainable wealth has a how to, I cannot claim I am there, but I can say I’m on the path. The little advice and ideas that I share here, if put to use, will be of tremendous value to someone. Maybe you, maybe someone else you know that you can send this link to.

To build sustainable wealth, here are the key things you should do. Continue Reading »

In the last article I analyzed a few key elements to watch out for before participating in any “opportunity”. Interestingly, I know that many who are analytical will not venture, and many who venture don’t analyze. Isn’t that strange? However I have decided to analyse the opportunities one by one, starting from the one I have the most authority to talk about, Holidays and Cash.

The table above is the statement of my earning on Monday morning. I have been earning constantly every Monday morning for the last 52 weeks plus now. It started small,  it has grown gradually and it’s still growing. The figure in the table above is certainly not the highest I have earned in a week, and it’s not the lowest as well. It’s just the most recent, and from the look of this week, it will exceed that figure as well. I also have had people who have earned more than me per week for many weeks and I have people who earn less. I am sharing this with you now, so that you can evaluate the opportunity for yourself and determine your goals before you start, if or when you start. I have been involved in some opportunities that made me enemies, this has made me great friends, good income and beamed the path into possibilities that are mind boggling for me. Let’s analyze together why this is not an opportunity that will make you enemies. You might want to refer to the previous article, since I’m going to be using the metrics defined there. Let’s go! How to Join Holidays and Cash

BuyNow

I’ve been getting this question quite a lot these days, and I’m ashamed I have to type a fresh mail everytime because there is no document that simply addresses this question. Not anymore, In the next few lines, I’ll explain, how to be a part of the Global Holidays and Cash Family. The questions on why you should be a member are also already answered in the following already written posts.

1.  http://www.deoluakinyemi.com/bankers-ticketing-agents-and-sewing-machines/

If you read the above, perhaps it will answer a few of your questions on why you need to be involved with Holidays and Cash, they are not very direct though, so maybe after I have done this, I’ll still do a direct – why you should be involved with Holidays and Cash. For now though, here is how. Continue Reading »

A Book Can Change your Story

I have learnt a lot in the last almost 4yrs as an entrepreneur, I thought I was knowledgeable, and maybe I was, but the words, “see thou a man that is wise in his own eyes, there is more hope for a fool than him” – make more sense to me by the day. When you begin to know, you realize that the more you know, the more there is to know.  Real knowledge is a by product of the experience of others. The gap between hypothesis and theory is bridged by experience – repeated experiments. He who would be knowledgeable must be willing to either learn from a lab mice, or be one. I daresay, better is the grace of  humility to learn from the lab rat, than the grace of courage to be one yourself.  The complete life however, must balance these means.
About 3yrs ago, I was quite broke – broke as N40,000 could be what 9 of us shared in a month. I was doing everything I knew to do to keep afloat.  I had a team of guys working with me then as well as volunteers, and it was getting difficult to manage things and keep everybody together. We had sent out lots of proposals, were engaged in different small projects, but not so many results. Somewhere along the line, I stumbled on this book, that we are reading till this year ends. I decided not to read it alone, but to do a group effort with all my colleagues. It was just 3 days ago, that it dawned on me fully that it was less than 3 months from when we started the group reading, that a series of opportunities began to flood us all.  We have never attributed the deluge to the book we had read that had tuned us to thinking and acting in a certain way. I thought it was serendipity, but I guess it was actually a science. The ride to wealth and fame was stalled only when we left the creative mind frame and became competitive. I have resumed reading this book again, this time not with 9 people, but with 175 people so far on my database who sent me an email, and I forwarded the book to them. In case you are thinking of joining us, here are some things we have learnt in the last 4 days.

Run With Me for 30 Days

Published by Adeolu Akinyemi under Success,Wealth

Today is the last day of this month, by tomorrow, the last month of the year will start, and before we all know it, the year would end. This year has been the best year of my life so far, and somehow I’m persuaded beyond any doubt that the last days of the year are going to be crowned with goodness. I know that in the last month of this year, many expecations are still going to be met, many people’s prayers will still be answered, many unfinished goals will be achieved and dreams will still come through and true! I’m about to embark on a 30 days journey of success, and I want you to come with me.

When I say this year has been good, it’s on all counts. Just this morning for example, I had the privilege of giving out a gift of an all expense paid vacation to two people, and not the first time this year. This year, I have gotten to meet and built great relationships with fantastic people, people I had never met have become my friends and partners. This year  I have also enjoyed financial progress, enjoyed freedom, enjoyed a number of vacations, watched my kids, family and friends make progress. This year I have heard a lot of thank yous, a lot of God bless yous and so much gratitude has filtered into my life.  This year, my mum stepped up to glory, and even though not here, I feel peace when I draw inspiration from her life. Very importantly too, this year, I have experienced God’s grace, guidance, protection, leading and wisdom in ways too amazing and numerous to describe.  As this year wraps up however, I have a mandate to help a few more people achieve their goals and dreams, meet their future partners, attract wealth, be a blessing to someone else, whatever it is that’s going to crown your year with goodness. All you need to do is simple and brief. Continue Reading »

It’s your turn

We are in exciting times! We are the times when history is being made and documented. We are in one of the best times in the world to be alive. Time has never been so fast, technology never so advanced and the world never felt so small! It’s a great time to be born, and a great time to be alive!

I know that what you are reading might sound contrary to your present experience, I know that there is a lot going on right now that make it all look like there is nothing good in sight. With bank chiefs losing their jobs and their rights to walk as free men – you might wonder who is free. With so many of our applauded wealthy men neck deep in non-performing loans – you might wonder who is rich. With our elected political office holders telling us to go and form our own country, it all looks bleak and hopeless.  The headlines these days are sensational, the big ark Nigeria seems rocked by the storms. With all these happening all around you however, it takes special revelation to know that we are right now, in the midst of GREAT times! Continue Reading »

The Why of Wealth

There are days (a lot of days these days) when I lie down and ask myself what is really the most important thing in life. What really is worth one’s energies? Is it pleasure? Money? Impact? Wisdom? “ki la n le gan gan?” I have analysed it from a philosophical point of view, I have read the views of Aristotle – who rationalized from the need for pleasure, the desire for glory and the search for knowledge. Aristotle came to a point where according to him, the most important thing in life is the contemplative life. In the Nichomachean Ethics, Aristotle analyzes the quest of all life falls on the planes of a search for pleasurable, political or contemplative. He analyzes that all life is lived for some higher purpose, he analyzes that we all pursue happiness, and the talk goes on asking about what truly brings happiness. I would never do justice to his book in one paragraph, if you are interested, you can get more thoughts on this here, trust me though, it’s not going to be an easy read for the average mind.

I have also studied the bible extensively about the answer to the same question-”What truely is the purpose of life?” What are we here to do, and what will bring the highest fulfillment. I read the thoughts of the experiential and experimental biblical philosopher in Bible – The King in Ecclestiastes. After living a life where he pursues all that man can pursue to gain happiness – women, wisdom, fame, projects, e.t.c. He came to a final conclusion that the whole purpose of man is to fear God and obey his commandments. In my own thoughts, I have come to find out as well, that the highest priority a man can pursue meaningfully on this earth is to serve God’s purpose and desire. This purpose differs from individual to individual, but in the final analysis, life is measured against a standard, and that standard is the original intention in the mind of God for that individual. How to Reap!

It’s almost 2am now, I’m here reminiscing on the events of the last 5 days. It all started on Monday morning at the Mini International Conference of Rhema Chapel International in Ilorin. I had been given an opportunity to speak in 4 sessions by one of the Men of God I love and respect the most – Rev George Adegboye. In case you don’t know Rev. George Adegboye, let me give you a short, yet apt description – He is the only man alive referred to as the Living Bible and Mobile Concordance. I certainly believe that his grace is a special one, or how do you explain that a man can speak for 1hr and continue cross-referencing verses of the scripture with absolute accuracy without mixing it or mincing words. How do you explain when a man reels out from memory what a particular word and references all the other places where the same word can be found all over the bible. Apart from all these, he is also the pastor of my pastor. He’s a man I’ve watched and loved from a distance, so you can imagine how delighted I was, when I heard his invitation to come and speak in his church’s international conference. I was excited.

The past 5 days have been fulfilling, exciting and rewarding for me. I have been a blessing, I have learnt, I have been blessed and I have come to meet a lot more people. Rather than 4 sessions, I was eventually given 5 sessions, and I enjoyed every one of those opportunities. The theme of the conference was, activating the power of God in your life. My focus was activating that power for financial empowerment. God is the one that gives us the power to get wealth,  God wills that we prosper,  He desires that we can achieve all that we want to achieve, He’s the author of our godly desires. All that power to create lies within us and what we need to know is how to activate it. Continue Reading »
