Deolu, God bless your insight, it’s an attribute of a good leader.
What you foresaw, has already started happening, we are swimming right at the centre of the ocean, Lord have mercy.
Like you said, many will sell off their properties to those that are wise investor, that have learnt to keep aside money for such precautionary purpose.
Only the patient will benefit and it’s at the long run, because all of these will soon be over, it’s the survival of the fittest, this time around survival of the wise.
This issues has it’s benefits too, technology development, economic planning and budgeting, it will reduce cost on luxury consumptions, help people to plan their income now and together will all learn the habit of staying alive though this crises.
Stock will rise again, economy will right again, value for Naira will rise again e.t.c.

Let’s keep focus and don’t compromise. Someday soon it will be over.

you said it and it is happening. where are those shares that traded for as mush as 80, 130, 90, 45, 35, 15 naira and so many others on the floor of the Nigeria Stock Exchange? . i would not want to mention names but those of us that are acquainted with recent trends in the NSE acn agree with me that these prohecies are becoming realities.
today there is individual economic crises and even students in school are being affected adversly, their allocation has stopped coming or reduced by very discouraging rates.
churches and infact everywhere is shaking. but the truth is that:
JESUS IS COMING!!!!!
but we can’t afford to be so heavenly conscious and earthly irrelevant.
GOD SAVE US FROM THESE CALAMITIES

Its so painful that not only will things get this bad but worse. even before now when things werent this bad in the world, it was in Nigeria. i just pray will pass this phase. thanks again sir. the truth is bitter but it must be told for people not to be in darkness.

Thanks for good works here and your ever enlivening inspirations.

I quite agreed with you on all the points stated above apart from one.
Network marketing will not boom this year, 2009. I can’t say of next year though, but this year multilevel marketing will not be craved for in Nigeria. “It will not be a rain definitely, but rather a shower”.

Let me also add that, this is the season of wealth transfer. A number of people will find wealth this year despite all these recessions, while some will lay a solid foundation for theirs, this 2009.

I mean wealth will change hands. Watch out!
