Hello Friend, thanks for all your contributions – reading, visiting, commenting, sharing, printing, forwarding e.t.c that you have made. All this has helped www.deoluakinyemi.com get to where it is today. This is still the same www.deoluakinyemi.com, only now the picture is more recent, the theme is completely locally made, and it’s Celebrating 3yrs of blogging history.
We are however not stopping here… we are going on, and planning to be bigger and better. I can’t do it alone still, it will be with your help and your support. So I’m using this opportunity to thank you, and to ask you for your continued support. It pays to change things once in a while, that way we can rekindle our excitement of having something new, and we can get fired to do more and more.
First of all, I’ll need your comments on this new look, it’s still work in progress, so your comments will surely add some value. I’ll appreciate every comment, great, good, bad and ugly.
I’m still in the UK, should return shortly… for some before you read this post. I have visions of where I want to take this site for it’s next level. I have other blogs that are about to be birthed as well, so I can take my non developmental gist somewhere else
. I’ll be counting on you to help circulate this with as much intensity as possible (this site, that is). We should be able to match American rankings on our local blog, if our people are properly informed. We can! If you need link love, let me know, I’m in the best of moods this week. We can exchange links, we can be a part of each others success stories.
There are lots of people I want to thank, I can’t do it injustice by doing it passively. I’ll like to dedicate a post to thank all the principal actors in the setting of this stage, in getting here. I want to thank also the principal actors to be, in taking this from where it is into where it’s going to be. It’s called Nu Media, and we will lead that frontier, you and I – Get your blog, and let’s keep the network growing!
I have posted some things lately that I intend to act upon. If you have commented on this blog before expect a mail from me some time soon. I want to know you better, and I want to start an active offline networking with the people who have been on this site. There are some projects that I’m brooding on, and I want you to be the first to know. The biggest companies in the Nigeria of tomorrow are still in infancy now and some are not yet born at all.
It’s all ramble today… I have a number of articles that are due for publishing, but I need to do them when I’m not in a hurry to get to Waterloo. Maybe tonight, maybe tomorrow. If you ask me though, that what thought do I want you to leave with today, it’s one bubbling over in my mind.
- Desire is possibility seeking expression, or function seeking performance.
Understand this… whatever it is that your heart desires… is a proof of a possibility that is seeking to express itself. There is also a function of your body, your soul, your mind that is seeking performance. Don’t shut out your desires… they were put there as reminders that it is possible!

Chairman, when I saw this, I had to refresh again to be sure I was on the right site! Great turnaround! I love the layout and of course the colour of your dress.
Just as you have decided to renew this site, everything else in your life has taken on a new vigour. You won’t run dry of ideas and direction. Keep on shining!
Bros ebi like say watin you start(NEW NAIJA) na em lead to all this GRIM e no GRIM WHITE GREEN lol,but i guess the GREEN WHITE GREEN won’t be a bad idea included with what already exist, then the issue of the ADS i concur with Gbenga and luminus, another thing is in prints and picture blue(sky and navy) and royal purple are good colours to work with,so i guess there is room for final decision making since it is work in progress,@Abiola what is the register, login and home buttons for?
Nice change there…quite nice
@all,
What can I say.. thanks so much for all the comments. I’ll try to ensure that as many points as possible are represented. Thanks a load.
I have started adding the blogs, and I have pleaded with one of my colleagues to mail all those interested in having their own blogs. Your journey is about to start.
An yes, may your blogs move far ahead of this in 3yrs and less.

Keep it up. All d best. Cheers
You are welcome!
Nice one, looks better now.
Luv U!
Pls forgive my ignorance…lol
In my first comment about this site, i had suggested that Generis Solution deserves a page or a site linked to this. Never knew there was, may be because i was xpecting it up there as a page (clearly written) in the conventional manner.
But while familarizing with the site, I stumbled on a link, consulting, under opportunity and was ushered in to http://www.generis-solutions.com.

This outlook shows invested thot! It’s far better than the old one. The color combo, new pix and add ons are great. However, i think you should change your font to something more friendly like calibri.
Great job!
Chairman,
Happy 3rd anniversary. May the Lord continue to empower to inspire our generation.
On my part, I always embrace change. Afterall, it is the most constsant thing in life. The new look is attractive and the navigation of the blog is clear.
As per the green white green stuff, it really depends on your mission. If you intend to run the blog as a Nigerian brand, then the green by the sides and white in the centre would better help you achieve that, however, if you just want to be your self – no pressures, even though you’re the founder of newnaijaclub, then, this is just fine, though, there’s still room for improvement. The decision really depends on the intent.
Whatever the case ‘Thumbs up’.
On a second note, pls, I’ll also appreciate a link to my blog: http://www.derinogunmola.wordpress.com
Thx

CHANGE IS A GOOD THING ! you look great.
Well done oga. I wen be like you oo.
I like new things oooo, but i already miss the blog where i got my inspiration from… i prefer the former except for your new profile picture and the add ons at the bottom.
i know say dem go say felix don come again… lol
This is beautiful, keep it up sir!
The colours don’t really matter,as long as it is beautifully combined not to cause colour riot. Moreover, what you have in mind for changing the colour counts…design concept is about personality and uniqness…I support you do away with the national colour.
By the way, happy 3rd anniversary.I wish you all that you wish yourself!

God will continue guiding you in all you ways.my life has turn a new leave since i know the BEST and most valuable person in the universe.EGBON,your presesce matters but what gives me joy is putting those things you teach into practice every second of my life.
