Interview with the MD of an HYIP

In the past few weeks I have learnt so much more about all of these schemes that the information has been inundating. I have over 10 articles in my mind as I speak and am always so concerned about not posting them all so close together that I cause constipation for my readers. Believe me, I could post 3 articles every day for the next 3 days, only I feel that might be too much. Maybe your feedback will help me… should I post them all now??

Yesterday, I had the opportunity of sitting with one of the MD’s of the High Yield Investment Programs, it was exciting meeting, more for him than it was for me. In his words, this meeting with me was God sent, and I might have given him a solution to a problem that had always bothered him. He went on to reveal a few of the secrets of his trade and of the trade of a few other companies that use the same template as him. What you are about to read may surprise you.

For the sakes of clarity, while I do not intend to mention the name of the particular company, I’ll give you sufficient information to make your own decisions and arrive and conclusions. This company is one of the companies that work with operational weeks. You can buy as many slots as you want and get to earn as much as thrice your money in less than 3 months. I arranged the meeting because I believed I had a solution for him, it actually turned out I did. A friend queried me on why I could give him such help for free…I believe it always comes back to you.

This MD explained to me that he has a good relationship with the others, and also has been opportuned to render help to a few of them. He then went further to explain how the configurations worked – He called it configuration.

This segment has been deleted because people have asked for it to be. All necessary information about the interview can be found in the comments. Keeping it up might indeed put some in trouble, and keeping it down some others. So I have decided to put up a decent bit, and expect that whoever is really interested reads the comments carefully. You really don’t need to contact me on this.

He was delighted when I gave him what I believed he was looking for. He told me that he might need to be seeing me very regularly, and asked about 3 times what I believed we could do together. I told him to allow us to take things a day at a time, this was my first meeting ever with him.

I narrated this interview with a new friend I just made, he was very shocked that I didn’t charge him. He told me about the first time he came to chat with me, and how he felt so happy that the first person he saw when he left me, he dashed N1,000. I found that very interesting… won’t it be really nice if people left me regularly and it made them be a blessing to others?

I’m sure someone is thinking what was this solution I gave to this man… watchout for it! At the same time, please look carefully before you leap. These schemes will work well until the required base to sustain the top is too big. If you put your money today, you might get it out before it collapses. However like I’ll always tell you, don’t gamble with what you can’t afford to loose. All the best.

  1. Haba,
    Why are people castigating Deolu?
Deolu, we didn’t need anyone to die before you became financial advisor, you have been doing a great job of this for a while now.
You have opened our eyes to the various HYIP’s available, and we have the choice to invest or not to invest in them.
After reading some of your posts, I choose to invest in Wealthzone, which looked like a reasonable scheme.
I have gotten about 2 months return now, and i think they have a viable business proposal. They also have the best looking office set up.
One word of advice. No one ever got rich from a HYIP. You can use your returns to finance proper projects, and build wealth, but don’t base your plans for sustainable wealth on them!

  3. @ Tunde.

    1. I called the MD, I had been told they were into MLM, wasn’t sure, so I called him that I had something that would interest him. It wasn’t a competitive bid, it was a collaborative bid. I had a win win for him, not as a company, as a person.

    2. I didn’t go to him with the knowledge that I knew his secret, I called him based on number 1. You are the one that think it’s a secret, I wasn’t shocked about what they were doing, I was just shocked about the way he casually said it, and also by the fact that he had his unique system.

    3. My suggestion will take a few weeks to be implemented. It might not be made public as it deals with their internal workings and not external dealings. When it happens, it will be a safer place to invest…I’ll certainly keep everybody posted.

About competition, believe me, the sky is currently big enough for all the birds to fly. Only a certain type of people will be interested in what we offer, not everybody. We are not for the short and sharp we are for the longterm. What we want to be the ones collecting the money you get from these other schemes :)

  4. All,

I think HYIPs operators have invaded this blog and are feeling insecured; otherwise I do not see the need for this unneccassry fuse. Honestly this site owner has done more good than harm to the HYIPs operators as he has run more of advertisment for HYIPs coys and their product than running any coy down.

As investors, we need to know where and what we are investing on before writing the cheque as these will aid our investment decisions. If you are investing on MLM, CDT, Clubfreedom, etc through these HYIPs, you need to know so that you sharpen you entry and exit strategy. Of course these HYIPs helps to eliminate the hassles of looking for your downlines while at the same time making good ROI. But the tendency to hide every business under oil and gas is quite unacceptable

  5. Deolu;

The idea of being the custodian of returns from these HYIPs is not bad as GFS is another type of investment vehicle. But I have always tend to disagree with those who screams around that one cannot become wealthy through this schemes. I have always asked them to show me a wealthy man who has only one investment vehicle. The answer is capital NON. HYIPs are good diversification and if played intelligientlly will increase ones ROI. It all boils down to 2 things: your risk tolerance and timing (enrty and exit time).

  6. Mistakes can be committed by any financial organisation and none of the have a total naira-proof. A friend of mine that’s not used to the internet registered for IBTC Pension Solution. He always boasted that he was jelling with a reliable firm. Last Thursday, I want to make a fun of him I told him to check up his Retirement Saving Account. Lo and behold, my friend RSA account was reflecting Zero account. He could not believe what he saw on my system. Further phone-calls to IBTC Pension Solution Managers didn’t yield much help. Rather they frankly told my guy to look for his payment teller and send a scanned copy of it to them. I have already help him to send them a scanned copy. We’re still hoping to hear from IBTC.

  7. @Deolu,

Thank for that clarification. Believe me I didnt write those comments just for castigation. It was like you said what was on my mind i.e my interpretation of the article. And I believe you’ll agree with me its better we speakout whats on our minds rather than spreading false info.

    Goodluck

  8. deolu,
god will bless you for being truthful. people are afraid, and that can kill. all you would have done was to say it with wisdom, so that those who could not hold themselves can sleep well. you have cause more sleepless nigths than you can imagine. anyhow is okay for them tough. all is risky, even if you dont invest, its is still risky. just collected a payment from these guys and am really happy. deolu keep the good work up. please send me the deleted part of the interview with the MD
    thanks

  9. Hi,

Deolu – Please I’ll love to have the full text of the inteview for my personal consumption.

All – Personally, i believe each person is responsible for his/her actions with his/her money and this medium is just to provide more information/education on the various schemes based on individual experiences.

Call it greed/risk/investment or whatever you want, we all have our destinies in our hands, the need for information led me (and i believe quite a number of other people to this blog. I have my money in 3 of these HYIPs (as they are referred to) and 1 has fully paid up while i await my ROI on the other 2.

Like a friend of mine would say while placing his money in the schemes, life itself is a risk.

I’d also like to say here that we should please refrain from volatile use of words and not let our search for information create online wars with people we may never see.

Deolu is not even there for any advisory role as far as i’m concerned. He probably had the information we required at some point. I’m sure this blog has grown beyond his own expectation. I’m not saying we shouldn’t be critical, but we should be polite and constructive about it.

    Tx

  10. Well! what can one say, it’s been a very interesting discussion for the most part.

Deolu, Kudos for a good job again. Let them say… The truth has again be told. Just leave it at that. We have made up our minds on what to do. Let’s just move on to other things(issues).

  11. @all

I think it’s better we make do with the information here together with the comments. You need to read last weeks news… people are raising eyebrows about all these schemes already. I don’t want to be responsible for anybodies downfall…true.

Meanwhile, someone said something that shocked me… grow beyond my expectations? No way! This site is currently not anywhere near 1/100 of where it’s going. My online mentors site does more than 100 times traffic.

  12. Hi Deolu,

I’m glad u’ve got greater plans than I envisaged about this site. I’m the one referred to in your last message and my vacation has given me the much needed time to go through this site.

Nice job man and keep the faith. Whatever your plans are you will achieve and greater things too.

I’d like to keep in touch with you. My email addy is available to you and I expect the request on the full text of the interview.

  13. Na wa for people o. this guy has the right to speak what ever he hears or sees if you have anything against that then open a site and misyarn in it we are trying to work together not run anybody down say what feel and go rather than letting us know you are biased one way or the other. The problem with our country starts from this kind of attitude.
Guy talk on jare no mind them talk is cheap

  14. @all,

Thanks. I feel you. It’s good for all to speak their minds, a question asked is easier to answer than one unasked. Negative feedback is a necessary ingredient for forward movement. Friction aids and stabilizes motion.

It’s just better to ensure that one’s good is not evil spoken of. I won’t be surprised truly if some folks are sponsored to to say what they say.

  15. @deolu
i read the NEWS from what they said i hear people are intending to go and inquire about their money mostly to withdraw their interest or stakes and this i know will lead to the fall of these houses as there will be no fund to pay. do you foresee what i am seeing. disaster beckons i fear. the news report has worsen the whole issue, couple with this election period , lets keep our fingers crossed.

  16. Hi deolu hope too hook up with u when next im in town.my kind advise and warning to u all is to now ur limits and financial stength.
Ive personnaly lost millons in the past when i wasnt even a millionaire now im not afraid to take risks.Success to me is all about risk taking!!
    All the very best

  17. Interesting…. its good finally we all know that our destinies are in our own hands. That said can we all move to other topics …

  18. Well, it is rather shocking that these so-called fund managers would lie to the customers all in the name of making money. I would appreciate if u can send me the details of the withdrawn portion to my box. A lot is at stake here, it is gonna make the risk easier to bear if this information is made available to me. like i read from your other post “an ostrich hiding its head in the sand is not save from trouble yet” . but at least one would be aware of risk involved if at all anything goes awry or if it goes the “rich” way.

    thanks man. keep it up

  19. just checked this blog cos a friend called my attention to it. please, do me a favor by sending the deleted part to me. from this, you should know i have my money in some of these schemes. thanx.

  20. A no. of my friends have been drawing my attention to your logs Deolu and I think their pretty cool. I feel a little different about this schemes from you.

I’ve got my money in some of these schemes and I don’t fret about em. Really… I just think its one of those investments like stocks, forex, business, etc. that people get into (SEC or no SEC). They’re all thesame in terms of what they are…. they’re either coming with big risks and big reward or small risk and small reward. From reading your logs, i’d like to say that my conclussion about most people is that they’re GAMBLING with their money…. (life’s not Las Vegas u know… but some people get rich in Las Vegas… a few, i must add).

I’m writing this comment to give u a feel about how i think… if ur investing in anything… learn as much as you can learn about it and think. Every type of investment is different… so u need to know it, how it different, how it will profit you (and how u may lose), and how you would move on from it. so THINK… don’t play with ur money (if u don’t have too much to lose… that is).

I currently have my money in some of these schemes and i’m looking for more of these… if I get in quick… i’d have made enough money from it… then i’d be relaxed… waiting for the end of it and watching the tears of the losers.

My conclusion: In forex, there are losers, In Stocks, there are losers, In Business, there are losers, In Investment, there are losers….. (nothing is really safe- some r just more funny and jaggy to understand)- so really learn about these things… then play well.

Once again Deolu…. thank you for the logs… they’re helpful.

  21. abeg make una leave, deolu alone.
andrew, im sure u either work with any of the HYIPs ore have ur gratuity there(just joking). take it easy with deolu, he meant no harm.
    deolu baba! fly on

  22. My Dear Friend Adeolu,
You have done and been doing an excellent job since the day I first knew you. (you were in SS1 at the time and I was in JSS 2). God will continue to reward you.

I must say you have become quite infamous for your good work. This morning I over heard a conversation on how you were running down other HYIP to push yours. These people don’t even know you nor have they been to your site. Someone told someone who told someone what you “said” and it is spreading like wild-fire.

I couldn’t help but step in to clarify issues (I have been to almost all the HYIP and the offices/intelligence of the people I spoke with tells me your money will be safer with me than with any of them – not kidding!).

Thank God SEFTEG has moved to it’s new (and hyper improved if you ask me) office. The last office was nothing short of a shack. I put in 600,000 there and the only problem was that I had already paid in before visiting their office… I wouldn’t have. I pray my money comes out but I am 100% sure they are not into what they claim to be into.

Treasureline (I put in 2 slots of 307,000 and 50,400) is slightly better. They have one of the better offices and at least the MD sits there (so you can approach him if you want). He is smart to have set it up, but I can tell that the only reason why they give you your investment + 300% is because you get your money after 4 operational weeks. I got in during week 21, I’m expecting my pay-off in week 25 (1st week of may).

Do the math yourself…my money was used to pay someone and I am collecting the monies of the other weeks in between (wk 21, 22, 23 n 24). It’s not rocket science and most of them have plans to move into something. I keep my current job instead of relying on HYIPs so that no one comes chasing me for my “sudden wealth”. Believe me, a lot of them are doing this. I am not trying to run down but I think people need a reality check here and should not be gullible. If you take a walk outside wealth solutions office on ring road (DIKAT House), you meet a crowd of “ignoramus” who don’t even know how to fill the forms!!! Business centres are thriving there (photocopiers, call phones, even fax machines). I went to GTB to transact early monday morning on my way to work. There was a long queue to get in through their “single metal detector doors”. I was already groaning inside that 15 people were ahead of me (I got there a 7.50). When I got in, I found the banking hall empty….where was everyone??? They were all in the deposits section putting money into WS!!!! I did my business in 3 minutes!

I guess enough has been said on this matter. I feel bad that Deolu has to take a few “swipes” for doing a good job. @Deolu, keep up the good work and more power to your elbows!

  23. @ Ayotunde,

Thanks oh…I’m thinking seriously about closing our investment club to the public. I’m thinking…

It’s just so interesting that we can’t afford to run our life by the social mirror.

One says, he’s tacitly selling those schemes
Another says, he’s running them down
    Another says, he’s their agent
Yet another says, he’s pulling them down to set up his own.

Thanks to all of you, whose voices echo louder than those tiny miscreants that fear the truth. Or to those who by disagreeing hope to become popular.

    Thanks.

  24. I think that Deolu should not be afraid of other people opinions whether it was presented in good faith or with evil intention. What I know is that God will always reveals his mind to his servant the prophet. The scripture says s/he who has an ear let him/her hear what the spirit says.

  25. Deolu if you want to continue being a successful man you have to learn to ignore peoples opinion about you and they way you work. All the great business men out there have very bad critics some guy even suggested that Robert Kiyosaki (rich dad poor dad) is fake. Just keep being yourself and keep it real.

  26. Interesting, how we all reason.Adeolu you are doing a nice job here.
let me borrow a word from Robert kiyosaki> investing is not risky, but the investor who refuses to investgate before investing is in himself risky.(End of discussion) long and short of the matter.

It is the responsibility of the investor to check and verify with proofs
what these various schemes are actually doing with peoples hard earned money.untill we all do that individually or collectively.we will continue to have sleepless nights, long agruements and what have you.

for me the recent developments are a welcomed one i.e the EFCC investigation on these various schemes and the write up by FHAN.this i believe will fish out the bad eggs amongst them.

The returns on Nospetco, wealthzone and Hanzowa seems reasonable enough. for these three one can dig into there activities with relevant regulatory bodies that they belong or report to.

    1. Nospetco (check with) DPR >Directorate of petroleum resource

    2. Wealthzone and Hanzowa ( Check with) SEC > Security and
    exchange commision.
These bodies should be able to provide one with the financial reports and details of activities of the aboved mentioned companies.

As we all continue to learn how to and how not to invest,I wish everyone graduates from one level of investing to another and i pray we all become better investors . and not competitors because the bottom is too crowded, there is more room on top. see you on top.

Cheers to u all > peace am out

  27. Interesting.I was born bred and … in Ibadan.Used to be a quiet town, now the whole world is trooping to invest in Ibadan.Let us stop deceiving ourselves,Deolu is right. If you want to make fast money from these schemes, invest now before the pyramid crashes.
If you want to invest and sleep with both eyes closed then dont invest.Try to use your brains and invest in stocks.People that invested in dangote sugar offer in dec were able to tripple their investment in less than 5 months. There are many other investment opportunities like that.I bought MAY n BAKER last year @ 4 naira. That investment has more than trippled and I slept well all thru.I bought Standard Alliance during the public offer late last year@=N=1.1 that investment has more than trippled in less than 6 months.
Fine it is easier to make money from these schemes cos then u dont have to use your brains, but please invest money that u can afford to loose.
Deolu kindly send the deleted part of the interview to my box.
Weldone May God continue to bless you

  28. invest if you like but make sure youre not susceptible to high blood pressure and heart attacks…..deolu pls could u send me the names of these HYIPs&addresses.i’d like to do some personal investigation.thanx

  29. Deolu, what this whole new wave of HYIP investments has succedded in showing is
1).how much money circulates around Nigeria in the hands of financial illiterates.
2.) It is a commentary on what terrible jobs Nigeria’s corporations, banks e.t.c are doing to make Nigerias invest. so much for our over-advertised stock exchange and investment offerings (na for only TV we they see them!) and the naively arrogant, suit-wearing, mercedes-driving, “hopping-all over the world” CEOs, who think they’ve arrived bcos their company travels regularly on govt “trade missions” there is money to be made in Nigeria and there’s a lot of it in circulation. i think everyone one who operates a bank or or financial institution in this country should wear a sticker that reads “HELP! I’M A LAGGARD!” GOOD job! DEOLU
    Olumide Akinkugbe

  30. HAZONWAO? Yeah Ade, dont look like ponzi to me too but i think its for da big investors. That’s only when it can make real sense.

Check em out on investnigeria through Genwi’s link. That is, hit genwi.com, then go to feeds.

    Chao

  31. to be candid ,this hiyp pays but we should be very careful in any deal ,cos selected one are reliable not all.

  32. Hello,
well am a regular visitor to this blog and deolu as been able to give credits to some of the HYIPs and gave his advise, but for some reason now nobody seems to have read this part of the interview deolu said he was forced to delete ,i read all the 90 something comments here and nobody seems to have read the deleted part of the interview before ,its quite funny ,deolu you have started your own program too so dont get people scary about this deleted part of the interview which nobody has read (i just read all the comments and every body is asking deolu to send them the deleted part),its so funny .i do have stake in some of the HYIPs and am not scared ,also am join deolus GFS,so some one should tell me if i should be scared joining deolus program

  33. Deolu hi. For a young man I think you are trying. You are really a generational model. But what’s the point in advertising the interview when you are not publishing what transpired. For me, I never belived all these idiotic schemes. Umanah/Umanah is still very fresh in my mind and the nineties crisis in our financial system is enough lesson to anybody who wants to learn. For God’s sake, what investment is there all over the world that you’ll make 300% in just 3 months maybe Govt contract and that was even b4 due diligence. Even this has inherent risks. Please do advice the army of unemployed and ambitious people who daily visit your site to be circumspect in their dealings with these people.

  34. Hi Deolu,

Do you have any information as regards PMI (Positive Movt International)? They promised paying week 5, 6 and 7 by 31st of October. Do you have any infomation as per their sincerity in payment.

Please do get back to me.
    Cheers
