I don't blame people like meee and martin because if anyone talking has been in their shoes they will have a different view. I'm saying this because I've been in their shoes before and I know how it feels. Though I made my start up money in one but I never gain from any and those I brought in were later cursing me and there's nothing I could do than to hide my face from them. You know how it feels when you're made and talk to people and tell them "it has happened to me before". Though I have my reservations about it yet I still have the interest in MLM and internet businesses. I've heard of so many stories of people making it thorough those business but I'm yet to come across one. I want somebody I can really mentor.
In my submission, I want people to know that you can not give what you don't have. As it is good to listen to people that are success in something, so also it is good to listen to people that failed in something. At least one will know how not to do it.
I don't want to grow up telling people how to do it, I rather want to grow up showing people how to do it.

Deolu,
Some how, you did not comment on the cultural diversity of India, and the "languages" too.
India, and Indians are awesome, no need to ask if you "over enjoyed yourself"
Namaste!

Hello Deolu,

First and foremost I must congratulate you on your life. You are living it to the fullest because of your beliefs and your corresponding actions. You talk the talk, work the work and walk the walk. Well done.

Critics, I was once told are like pigeons who go around to defecate on statues. One day, you will become a statue to many you are empowering. You are fast leaving a legacy.

I believe that I will have critics and enemies and those are signs that I am doing something while been noticed. This is exactly what you are doing.

To spend your precious time replying to sons or daughters who are in denial by virtue of been ashamed of their names, as they no longer have an identity, you know what that means. I will stop at that.

And just in case some are wondering whether I am a member of H $ C, I am not. First time here. I find your life fascinating. By the way, Emeka Nwankwo and I spoke. You know who he is and I am sure in no time we would meet some day.

Bro, live your life to the fullest and we will meet at the stop.

I make no apologies if I have offended or offend readers that live in the past .

Most times, i am a passive reader on this blog and hardly leave comments, but for the misinformed comments given above by some individuals, i feel compelled to leave something based on my experience.

I am not surprised at MEEE & No Name's misinformation & misjudgement.

Am i the only one that thinks that both MEEE & No Name are same individual????....If you doubt, then try and understand the tone of the comments and its easy to tell

There is an attitude that needs to be curbed, and that is the fact that individuals (this happens most of the time in Nigeria) enter into programs blindly and when they are not successful, comes out with a conclusion that all programs in that category are bad. ( think stock market, think forex? )

Recently, an individual walk into my office and told me that internet business is scam. I was like...Are you kidding me????.....He further went on to say that there is nothing like "earning a living" on the internet. He even went to the extent of claiming (with sooo much impunity) that all claims of "internet businesses and startups" are scams and absolute lies.

This individual continued to rave in his ignorance and i couldnt take it anymore. I simply asked him a question "do you have a yahoo email", which he said he did.

I then told him that..."do you realise that yahoos earnings in Year 2009 is more than the total revenue of all Nigerian banks (with gazillion branches) put together for year 2009. In actual sense, if you calculate all revenues that all Nigerian Bank CEO's celebrates as their profit in year 2009, its not even up to the amount that Google.com (a company without a physical shop that you can go to buy their product) earns in third quarter of year 2009.

He simply retorted that its all lies....

I then questioned him further and discovered that he has lost money trying to build an online biz. I asked him some other interrogative questions and discovered that this young man believes that just by reading an ebook, he is suppose to make money. what happened to hardwork? what happened to testing and split testing? what happened to speaking to mentors????

That is exactly the behaviour that MEEE and No name is exhibiting. These two individuals (i believe they are one) entered blindly into MLM's like club freedom etc and lost money, hence their conclusion about all other MLMS.

If a knife was used in killing an individual, does that signify that all knifes are bad???....isnt same knife being used as kitchen utensils????

I am not a fan of MLM. I hate selling face to face, and that is coz i am quite shy in approaching people (note: i relate well, if you approach me first) but the truth of the matter is that, my business partner purchased the priviledge pack and i was forced to have a look at how it works and sincerely i was amazed by the potentials i saw and some of them are listed below;

a. We were able to check cheap flights for three individuals and we got over 40% discount as against current flight prices.

b. i downloaded over 90 of the ebooks on the H and C membership page and i have successfully sold over N80,000 worth of a particular ebook that i got from H and C portal. Mind you, i have been busy with a lot of things...i would have sold more if i had time to market it.

c. Because of the priviledge pack, i am really considering travelling to Dubai for a second time on a 3-7 day holiday when i have accomplished some of the stuffs i want to before mid 2010.

And these three things we've done passively without marketing it. I have not even told a single person that i am an H and C member, and i have not told anyone to come and join.

Every individual has a right to their doubts and opinion, but i personally think that opinionated individual should argue with lot of deep understanding of the subject matter, rather than making judgement based on mistakes they've made in the past as a result of their ignorance.

I am not advocating for Deolu, neither am i in anyway advocating for H and C (i earn my living through a different means) but i feel strongly that individuals like MEEEE & NO name & Martins should ask querying questions that will help them make judgements....rather than asking someone to dissociate from a program simply because their gut feeling do not like it.

Hello Brother Martin,

You are wrong, very wrong. But alas I commend you for one thing, the boldness to at least offer a name we can call you by and an email to reach you with.

In Holidays and Cash, you don't have to share in the company's profits. You can take the product you get and simply walk away and enjoy them. And there is no need to do anything to qualify for them.

Let me help you with knowledge. In the privilege pack, you get the following.

1. E-books worth $3000 - for perspective I have sold one book for N5,000 before. and I have bought one of the books for $70 before... You have about 200 of these books. (if this was the only product, I'll recommend that people who need to develop themselves buy, people like me, and people like you). I have used many of these... I even bought a kindle for $350 just to download my books into and read on the fly.

2. You get a search portal that adds style to your life and makes you a consultant. This portal gives you an opportunity to book hotels and save as much as 60%. On flights you also get an opportunity to get great deals. I have used this very well for myself and for many others. I have heard thank you from using this too often. Just 2 days ago, a friend who had a China visa and couldn't use it because of cost of flights was shocked when I immediately logged on and got him a deal that got his eyes lighting up. He left with so high regard for me, why? Because in his words, I was like a consultant, I had knowledge at hand.

3. You get Short Stay vacation offers that gives you holiday experiences for less than half the price they would have cost. Imagine enjoying 3 exotic days and nights in Dubai for just $205. This covers 5 Buffet meals, covers sight seeing, covers hotel accommodation, covers a boat cruise, a desert safari, entertainment and loads... just because you are a distributor. The same is available in over 15 locations. (you can also get to go and watch the worldcup for half the normal price)

4. You get a complimentary holiday voucher worth over $1000, with this you don't need to pay, you can on the merit of having the privilege pack, without doing anything else get 5nights accommodation and breakfast paid up in Thailand for you and a spouse or partner. You can get the same thing in 3 other countries.

5. Did I here you say contribution? Do you do one? Well we have one, we can own properties fractionally, with as small as $100, and sell and make profit. And that globally.

6. Forgetting that you get all these for $250, the company says that's not all, you also enjoy discounts with over 30 companies in Nigeria going to 1000. A recent consumer goods company that requires up to 2million naira from people to become a distributor, is making distributorship available with the privilege pack, with commissions of 40%, so that H&C distributors can sell to wholesalers. GTA came with an offer that makes the privilege pack a free add on... and so much more.

There are only two people who can't be a part of something obviously great, and they are not welcome.

1. People that don't have dreams.
2. People that are too dull to understand because of follower-ship from the village.

I know you are not one of them, you are just miss-informed. Come to meet me where I'm talking about it, and tell me the emphasis is money. Money is a reward for adding value. If you do nothing, you get nothing.

Hmmm,

I have attended a lot of holidays and cash seminars already. What is preached in everyone of them is financial freedom, how you can become a millionaire and enjoy exotic holidays. The part of what you can gain if you don't want to participate in the mlm is so very insignificant in most of these meetings. The only difference is holidays and cash with clubfreedom and the rest is that is has a different way of compensating you for bringing people on board. Simply put all mlm only rob Peter to pay Paul. Again how can you control people's interest in this program, soon people will get tired and it will the the death of the others. Then it's on to the next one. Those who entered late will be the loosers...it's so sad! The owners of mlm, all mlm know that eventually the program will die, even if the programs lasts for only 1 month, they are the biggest winners, cos they can't loose and frankly don't care much about you and I. For them it's business as usual.

Let us compare mlm and another group activity like group contribution. In group contribution no one looses, everyone is designed to gain from it. In mlm everyone is NOT designed to gain from it. As long as the focus of mlm is money, it has a natural tendency to die...and die it will. But again it's a gamble, if you have the mind for it, go for it knowing that it may pay off and it may not. The sale of the privilege pack is just a ploy for the gamble of mlm money.

Hmmm,

I have attended a lot of holidays and cash seminars already. What is preached in everyone of them is financial freedom, how you can become a millionaire and enjoy exotic holidays. The part of what you can gain if you don’t want to participate in the mlm is so very insignificant in most of these meetings. The only difference is holidays and cash with clubfreedom and the rest is that is has a different way of compensating you for bringing people on board. Simply put all mlm only rob Peter to pay Paul. Again how can you control people’s interest in this program, soon people will get tired and it will the the death of the others. Then it’s on to the next one.
@No Name,

Don't you wonder why the negative voices that also do not understand are using no names and meeee names without correct email addresses? Do you know why?

I think it's because light does not need a hiding place, but darkness does.

When good people dissociate themselves from an industry, bad people reign there. That industry is empowering many people and it's a mountain I intend to have dominion in. You should not blame anyone for not understanding what you were getting into, and deceiving the staff in your company with false promises. Integrity is not running away from your past, it's being true and consistent all through time. You can have integrity and do the wrong thing (like Abimelech, but God saves people who have integrity of heart)

What you don't understand is I am very open to have a meeting for example with all the people in your office and show them the truth, there is nothing to hide from.

I'm riding with this company actively for the next 10yrs and passively until I breathe my last at the ripe old age of 90 plus if God gives me extra time.

My heart aches for people who can't come out from their past to face the future. Losing your Job could be the best thing that happens to a person... ask Larry King, JK Rollins and all.

I pray God gives you wisdom.
