HR MBA 1 is here Again

The last HR Training course was attended by 18 participants and was really very interesting and exciting. The participants learnt a lot, formed a healthy network and have become the first set of alumni of many more HR MBAs (Methods Becoming Actions) to come. The participants have also not ceased to send us mails about how much of a difference it has made in their approach to HR. In fact, one participant had become so much more valuable to her company that she had a salary review just a week after the training. If you find this shocking, that makes two of us :)

HR MBA 1 is happening again on April 14, 15, 21, 22. It’s four days, making use of two weekends. The last one was facilitated by a number of HR Directors, Senior Managers, Consultants and Myself. We are all dedicated to building professional HR practice in Nigeria. You can already watch out for our other HR MBA packages that are scheduled for future dates as well. HR MBA 2 (Managing Business Accounts), HR MBA 3 (Maintaining Business Alignment) and HR MBA 1.5 (HR for Non HR). If you are interested in developing yourself to be a better HR person, or to become better at managing people, then don’t miss these…

For more details about the upcoming HR MBA 1, visit www.generissolutions/blog. To see the poster for the training detailing costs, venue, payment deadline, course content and target market, click on the flier on the site and download it. Get it across to the decision maker in your company, and let your company sponsor you.

One of the best career advices I ever received in my career was – “Ask for what you want, you might just get it”. If you are really interested and you want an invitation delivered to your company, kindly reach me directly or send in a comment from here with your company address.
The cost of the training is not getting cheaper every month, take advantage of this opportunity now! The closing date for payments is the 31st of March. Give your career a boost. The best investment you can ever make, is in yourself.

It gladdens my heart when I see the way people have come to accept HR MBA. I foresaw that the programme will be a must for all willing to pursue a career in HR and am glad this is coming to pass in a matter of time.

    Dear Deolu,

I am quite interested in most of your programmes especially the HR MBA series but my primary challenge is paying for the programmes.

While I am not asking to attend this trainings free of charge, I will be glad if we can work out a WORK in lieu of PAY scheme or a staggered/instalment payment scheme to allow not only me but others craving for knowledge and are presently without the means to bear the financial burdens of acquiring it.

I will be glad, very glad if you reply this mail.
    Thanks.
