Let me explain the pay payouts with H&C.

H&C pays out $160 out of every $240 sale back to members with most of this paid weekly in full.

Payout 1: Fast Start Bonus

$20 out of every $240 sale is allocated into a weekly pool and every time a person does 3 sales they get a share of the pool in the week they achieve the 3 consecutive sale (and 6th, 9th, 12th and so on). The pool is paid out in full every week to share holders. We also designed it so even if a person did not get their 3rd sale until week 10 they earn a share of the week 10 pool so people are rewarded regardless of whether they work fast or slow.

Payout 2: Cycle Payments

$100 out of every $240 sale goes towards this weekly payout. Every time your team sales reach 9 sales with 6 on one team and 3 in the other you earn a cycle payment. The cycle payment is calculated by adding up all the $100 portions and dividing it by the number of cycles acheived that week….so it is paid in FULL every week. Your teams to UNLIMITED depth are used for calculation of cycle payments and any volume that is not paid on is stored and carried over to the next week until you qualify to earn off that volume. On top of that your team sales are also topped up with spill over from your upline who place people in your team…these upline sales adding to your total team sales. Therefore multiple people earn from each sale.

Payout #3: Matching Bonus

Two thoughts for you

1. I will never sow again, because what I sowed last year did not yeild fruits. I won’t invest in the stock market again, because the market has burnt me badly this year. I won’t seek new opportunities because the old ones didn’t work. This thinking will not get me far.

2. I don’t want to work, I just want to put my money in, wait for a while and get money out. I want a customized ATM machine. This works at times, and it’s sure worked for some people, but this mentality will only make us pained in the end.
