What set the pace as a delay for many, a depletion of energy and emotions for others and yet a gap in the financial resources of all is actually a blessing in disguise for Avenues to Wealth Distributors. Imagine, every single Nigerian now needs extra income as expenses will automatically increase. 16 days are gone in the year already, the train already left the station, take charge of your life, give no excuses and watch your business accelerate to the next level. Financial Tips for a New Level
Whenever I have the opportunity to speak to people about financial intelligence, which is quite often, I am amazed at how everyone wants to prosper financially. When I ask people who are sure they will become wealthy to raise up their hands, all hands fly up. A closer look however, quickly reveals that it’s all wishes. The hard cold reality is that most of the hands raised up don’t stand a chance without a radically different philosophy and paradigm. Continue reading

The First Million Dollars
I have it in authority from converstations with a number of wealthy people, that the first million dollars is the hardest million to make. Once you learn the key skills to overcome this, the rest is pretty simple.
Well, I decided to keep quiet about this, until I have first experiemented with my life and have proof that it can be done. I’m glad to say to you without boasting or bragging that it has been done, and it can be replicated. There are many who have gained wealth in ways that are not duplicable, even they are not really sure about how they got it. It happened based on things they do not understand, and they can’t give others a road map. Continue reading

I Missed You!
In the 5years plus I have been active on this blog, the last 8 weeks have marked my longest time away from this blog. My friends, fans, acquaintances, critics and stark enemies on this site have become a vital part of my life and existence. To tell you that I have missed you over the last 8 weeks, would be to summarize it and lose much of the meaning of those words. Every 2-3 days, I have had the urge to write something. I have wanted to stay in touch, to chronicle my life and experiences as I would normally do, but it was just somehow tight for me. Trust me when I say my life has usually been filled with activity beyond the average, the last 8 weeks however have been a marathon of some sort for me. Please permit me to say quite warmly and affectionately, with traces of tears lacing my eyes, and my voice muddled and on the edge of crying – “I missed you, yes you…I have missed you!” Continue reading

Before It’s Too Late!
I am not tribalistic, but I am currently really worried about the Yoruba race! I value all people, all gender, tribe and tongue. I do not discriminate, or judge a book by it’s cover, but I’m thoroughly bothered about the trends I have observed in business over the last 3 years. I have travelled the length and breath of this country to a good extent and I have met different temperaments, tribes and types of people. While I respect the fact that our pasts do not define us and that it is impossible to fit a particular tribe into one classification, my findings about my people in the last 3 years is alarming!
The passion and desire of the Ibo man to escape the open jaws of poverty is not merely lip service, it’s backed up by action! In my experience this is true over 70% of the time. I thought the middle belters or even northerners were laid back, they beat my imagination and demonstrated both desire and willingness to do what it takes to be free. South South Nigeria have also proven time and time again, that “warri no dey carry last”. I am however bothered by the Yoruba man or woman! I have found them lazy, risk averse, intellectually constipated and analytically paralytic. Continue reading

From Victim to Victor
“They didn’t tell me it was like this”, “I didn’t know”, “He deliberately deceived me”, “They made it look so simple”, “It’s his fault”, “It’s her fault”. There are many shades of excuses people give as the reasons for their failure. They all have one thing in common – they give the responsibility for their predicament(s) to others. These conversations ooze out effortlessly from the mouths of victims. A victim is appropriately defined as one that is acted on and usually adversely affected by a force or agent. Nobody desires to be a victim, we think erroneously that our circumstances are imposed on us by life. This is wrong!
Victors on the other hand, are people who somehow have learnt to arrogate the responsibility for their success or failure only to themselves. They see themselves as on the winning side, as happening to the world and not the world shoving things at them. They see themselves as key influencers, not merely concerned citizens. They seek out their lot in life and take it! The world watches and calls them lucky, but they know that everything they have achieved in their life has been their fault or making. They know that by thinking like a victor, they have somehow managed to attract wealth, the opportunities and the lifestyles that attends victory. Continue reading
