One on One with Bunmi Oni – 2

Doctoring the Books, what you will not be told.

One of the first things I realized in my discussion with Bunmi, which I didn’t hesitate to tell him, was that it would take a lot of business education to explain things to the average employee. How would you ever explain some things to people. Well, maybe that’s why some of us are passionate about educating people, else how will you explain what I’m about to do. Somehow I felt I could only relate to some of those things because, first I had worked in a manufacturing company, and now own a business. Irrespective of why I feel I understand however, I’ll do my best to be as explanatory as possible.

I’ll like to say as well that I am not biased. This is the first time I’ll ever speak with the man for more than 2 minutes. In previous times, all that I have ever done, had been to walk up to him and greet him, like I have done to many other MDs that have crossed my path. Where there is smoke, there is certainly fire, I’ll try as much as possible to share my perspectives about the smoke as well.

Again, these are merely my perspectives, the impressions I got when i spoke with the man. They in no way form the court’s discoveries or 100% of Bunmi’s views as I did not hold a recorder when speaking with him. I’m not his lawyer as well, so be easy on judgment :) And of course, measure based on your measure. I expect that the cleanest people are usually the most intolerant of any spec of dirt. Systems 101

Red Alert: “Even though Diamond Cash Club site is still up, it is feared that they are already gone with the wind, information reaching me is mixed and uncertain, but I advice all who still sign up to this program to do so with care, as all who cycled for payment in the last month are yet to be paid, and except by a stroke of miracle, are unlikely to be paid. Please remember I warned about the likelihood of events like this towards the close of the year. Guess the bells are ringing earlier than anticipated. It might end up being malicious information, but there is no harm in being aware… beware!”

If you knew me 10yrs ago in OAU ife, you probably knew me as someone who takes tutorial classes on Chemical Engineering Themodynamic Systems -CHE 201. I started lecturing the course on the year that I myself took the course. My average tutorial class size was 300 students – my classmates from different faculties. It was apparent from those times, that many people do not understand the concept of systems. I’m not sure if the real gift I had was understanding the course or being able to help others understand it, not only did I score 96% in the course, a large population of my tutorial classmates either scored A’s or their most alarming A on that course.

Before I bore you with the details of the Chemical Engineering course, let me quickly draw your attention to what I really want to write about today – Systems. Many people don’t understand systems, maybe because they have never been schooled in this line, maybe because it’s a bit abstract, or maybe people are just refusing to apply themselves. Or could it be that most people just don’t have natural talents for systems design or interpretation? Can it be linked to the same old problem of why we cannot all see a three dimensional drawing on a two dimensional surface? Whatever it is, I’ve seen people move from zero to hero, so pay attention, and you might just learn a thing or two. Continue reading

ClubFreedom, 6k4you and Ecash Channels

“Rest or be laid to rest” – The law of the sabbath

I’ll not be around for a while, and I’ve always wanted that, I need a little rest. I have also been thinking that my lack of online presence should not affect the rolling of the wheels, things should still work, whether I’m around or not. This is the thinking behind the creation of systems. How to make the flow of work independent on particular individuals.

In the light of this I have found some trusted hands who would be at your service, even faster than I would, should you need clubfreedom vouchers, 6k4you vouchers, ecash and egold. They would give you the vouchers at the prices stated on the www.cfvouchers.biz site, they would however provide the prices for ecash at a premium since the 1-2 weeks deadline for registeration and payment can no longer be met for this month. Any payment you make to me from now will have to wait till next months investment – egold or naira.

These names are not only going to be funcitional during my unavoidable absense, but long after. I do not foresee any problems with these ones, but should anything out of the ordinary happen, please feel free to contact me via the contact me button.

You can call them in no particular order…you can stick with whoever you find agreeable with you. Some of these people will be willing to help you sign into any of the clubfreedom programs at a little premium for their time and efforts. Now you have all the options you can have. If you ask me for any of these things within the next 1-2 weeks it will not come quickly. Continue reading

Ecash Invest – The Moving Train

Many Nigerian clubfreedom members might be caught napping and loose their downlines in ecash-invest. This is because the deadline to investing in ecash invest for the month of september is August 27. With dynamic compression, people have the opportunity of retaining their clubfreedom downlines, but unfortunately, people will also lose their downlines if they don’t wake up on time and secure their positions.

There is also the growing misconception that you need to have cycled out of Clubfreedom before you can participate in ecash-invest, this is wrong. The simple process is Create a wallet, fund the wallet, register for ecash invest, and fund your forex trading account in ecash invest. This is all you need. Like as all times, many people will be waiting to see results before they become a part of this. Trust me, many people will make hundreds of thousands of dollars in ecash invest, and all they will have as an advantage, was that the read this, and moved. Continue reading

Clubfreedom, 6k4you and RT

I have received too many mails in the last few days from people asking me about 6k4you, Revolving Travel and Clubfreedom. How it works, what the boards are like, how to cycle fast, how many people they need to have under them, and trust my people, how much they need to invest to cycle out in one day or week?! People have also asked questions about how to pay? How come you are charging 24k, can I pay for myself? How come my down line is on a higher level than myself? How come someone with 30 people is higher than someone with 150 people down the line? How does this work, and how can I make the most of my membership?

I have answered numerous phone calls, and have decided it’s better to make the vital information available online, so that we can have an authoritative information on how CF, 6k4you and Revolving Travel (RT) works. It’s also better to put a system in place to ensure that we can manage what is about to come. I want to assure all that have joined and are actively working today, that not long from now, people you approached that told you they were not interested, will beg to join through you. Be rest assured that by then, anybody joining through this team will pay a a premium to join. Before you ask about the authority with which I speak, let me give you some basic statistics. As of today, 7 weeks after I joined clubfreedom from 6k4you, I have cycled once, 3 of my down lines are on traveler positions(tops, 1 week from cycling), I am also back to traveler position, I have >8 down lines on standby (tops, 2weeks), I have another >15 on planner, many more on reservation and too many to count on standby. Haven entered from 6k4you, I have two of my re-entry legs in planner positions, and others still coming up. I have a guy who’s less than 3weeks in, and is on standby, while his upline’s upline is still on the feeder board. It’s not just about having a village under you, it’s recruiting, training, marketing, strategy, team building, people management and business development. It’s multi functional and multitasking. You need to learn how it works. Continue reading

7 Life Lessons I picked from Prison Break

Hmmm… Now I need to make this perfectly understandable for people who haven’t watched season 1 of prison break -this 24 episodes attention grabber. Not being a series person myself, I got the entire season one from a friend. It’s one of those films one needs to get one’s personal copy of. I can bet that the person who wrote the script of this film didn’t have a clue where it would end when he started. It’s by every standard a masterpiece. And every chapter closes leaving questions on your mind.

I have spent close to an aggregate of 12hrs on this season one already and I’m very close to the end. It’s been very good for adrenalin, but more importantly, I have picked up some interesting life lessons, reinforced some personal beliefs, and I think I have something to share with you from this master piece. Team Effectiveness Workshop!

Hello all, sorry if you have noticed I wasn’t posting everyday like I normally would. For the last one week plus, this topic had been the most dominant topic in my mind. We had a training scheduled with one of the most prominent departments in one of Nigeria’s leading telecommunication companies, it had to be right. I have been so busy trying to ensure that our standards were right that I have not had time to update you on goings-on.

The event finally took place, we had the Team Effectiveness Workshop on Thursday and Friday at IITA, Ibadan. All the participants as well as the facilitators were lodged at the hotel, arguably one of the most decent, natural and serene in Nigeria (I haven’t been paid to sing their praises, so let me take it easy). The workshop commenced on Thursday afternoon, we continued till some minutes to ten and started again 8am the next morning till after 4pm. From the comments(both written and verbal) from the participants, we had delivered exceptional value. I personally felt very honoured, when one of the Nigerians I respected and had looked forward to seeing, shook my hands after the training and told me that the whole exercise had been a job well done. Wow! Continue reading

What are you doing here?

Three workers who were seeing doing similar things at a construction site, were approached with the question “what are you doing here?” The first responded, “I am a brick layer, I’m simply here to lay the bricks”, the second, seperately approached answered, “I’m here to build a house – see, here is the kitchen, here is the bedroom, on that spot will be the living room…”, and he went on and on. The third worker was also approached and gave an answer that will form a foundation of what we want to take a  closer look at, and ponder on. Continue reading
